We help you involve innovation (co-creation)
Involving others in the innovation processes proves very often (we should always say) to be very valuable. We can call it open innovation, co-creation or involvement, but the goal is to gain access to others' knowledge and perspectives in the work. This is not a new area, but we see that many find it both challenging and resource-intensive to carry out such processes. With good, structured processes, efficient tools and a little basic competence at the top, we see that most people get started relatively quickly. And once you have started, well then it is so valuable that it becomes part of the way of working.
