It is one thing to carry out an individual innovation project, it is something completely different to build an innovative organization. An organization where it is clear what role innovation has and how to focus on it, where the management is motivated for, encourages, and not least, knows what to do to increase innovation, and where you get a good combination of many small improvements and some major innovation projects. The goal is to get all employees to contribute to the work of finding new solutions, where you have good structures and methods in place to ensure that you make the right choices and get efficient processes. We have analysis tools to find out where you stand, systems to find out where you will get the most for your efforts, and concrete solutions that we can implement together. And, it does not have to be very extensive processes (unless you want exactly that then).
