Sustainability initiative

We have worked with Innovation Norway and UN Global Compact, among others, to develop tools, templates and solutions that make it easy for small and medium-sized businesses to get to grips with their sustainability work. Whether you want to create a sustainability strategy, do a materiality analysis, put in place a climate account, understand and carry out life cycle assessments - or just want to get more control over what you can do on sustainability and how you can communicate it, we are happy to help

Innovation Norway

Together with Innovation Norway, we have developed and tested an innovation and sustainability programme for small and medium-sized enterprises. The programme has been piloted in two rounds with 10 companies in each round. The programme consists of 4 physical meetings and 40 hours of counselling per company between the meetings. In this way, we have managed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of sustainability and innovation, how this is connected and the companies have initiated a number of concrete measures in the area, both in their own business and together with the other participating companies.

Circular North

Together with Biotech North, UN Global Compact and Land meets Sea, we have developed a sustainability programme for Biotech North's member companies. We have created a program that allows companies to navigate the complexity and gain a basic understanding of sustainability and what is happening and needs to be done in the area. Through 2 physical lunch-to-lunch sessions and 6 digital sessions, we have worked on topics such as sustainability maturity, sustainability strategies, how to ensure sustainability as part of business development and more general reporting and planning tools. The feedback has been very good and we particularly like "This is exactly what I needed" and "I wasn't quite sure if this sustainability work was for us - now I'm super motivated to get started!"

We provide expertise

All employees in Tinkr deliver short courses on topics we are passionate about and have experience with. It can be anything from a brief introduction to overarching topics such as "What is really creativity, and can it be learned?" and the "ISO standard for innovation management" to very specific topics such as "3 tools that are good when you want to involve others in the innovation process" and "digital process management." As a team, we have very broad innovation expertise, and if we can't deliver ourselves, we will pretty much always know someone who can. And if you don't really know what you want to focus on, yes, we're happy to contribute to that and.

Norwegian Medicines Agency

Innovation, co-creation and user involvement are concepts that have a strong focus on innovation in the public sector and that have been given a large place in the White Paper for Innovation in the Public Sector. With this as a background, we had a digital lunch collection for the Norwegian Medicines Agency where the goal was to create good discussions and provide content on the topic. In 1.5 hours, we reviewed the topics: • Introduction to key principles for innovation and involvement in the public sector • Brief discussion about SLV's most important users and stakeholders, and how they get involved today • Review of good methods and tools for involvement. The result? Everyone had a better understanding of the topic, knowledge of a couple of new and good tools and a clear agreement that involving others in the innovation work is important - and not necessarily very complicated or time consuming.

Lørenskog Municipality

Lørenskog municipality has a strong focus on innovation, service development and sustainability, and Tinkr has in recent years assisted with small and large. Among the big things is assistance to the participants in the municipality's innovation network, including digital process management. The goal was to make it short and effective, and we therefore started with 1.5 hours for a review of our most important learnings, principles and tips for small and large digital meetings. The feedback? Even a short session like this can provide increased awareness, good discussions and useful tips and principles that make the digital meetings a little more motivating and effective. We need that in the digital everyday life we have been thrown into.
