Individual Människohjälp

Individuell Människohjälp (IM), is a Swedish aid organization that works for a world without poverty and exclusion by empowering people to change their own situation. IM wanted to map and gain an insight into the organization's starting point for continuing its innovation and development work. We conducted a process that included an innovation analysis, in-depth interviews with employees and a workshop with employees from different parts and levels of the organization. In the process, we jointly identified which areas were most important to focus on first, and which could provide the greatest value. We then prepared a number of concrete proposals on what they could do to strengthen their further innovation work. Based on the process, combined with their own experiences, IM wanted to create even better structures and conditions for all employees to feel confident, motivated and have the capacity to work with idea development and change work - as individuals and as a team.

Troms and Finnmark County Council

It is fun when we can work with an organization that is as motivated and dedicated in the innovation work as Per Bjørn in the Transport Division in TFFK. We started the collaboration in 2018 and have worked with them ever since. They really wanted to get better at innovation and we started with an analysis of where they were good and where they had challenges. With this as a backdrop, we have taken steps step by step and have, among other things, thought new about strategy and strategic management of innovation and sustainability, established an innovation team to build innovation culture and competence, prepared structures for idea work and portfolio management and made a number of small steps. together they have now become a robust innovation organization that drives change in the sector.

Mietinen machine

Sometimes we do not meet right away, and after we had worked for a while with Kjell in the machine contractor Mietinen AS, he was clear that he did not feel that they got any further in their innovation work. They still had a bunch of ideas, they had now got them into a structure, but they still did not get progress and then they were just as far. We had to take a good step back and see if we could make the processes even easier and clearer so it became clear what they should prioritize, what they should do and how they should organize the work. Then it came loose, and suddenly there was so much progress that they had to hold back a bit.

Innovation programme for SMB

In our innovation program for SMEs, we have received clear feedback that one of the most useful modules was involving innovation. Here, together with the companies, we have analyzed which players have the greatest value in including - it can be employees, customers, suppliers, the board or someone completely different. Once the companies had chosen who they would prioritize, we prepared clear structures for the work by defining clear goals and activities that could be implemented. The conclusion? It's amazing how much value you can get with even fairly small grips.

We develop innovative organizations

An innovative organization is so much - it's strategy, leadership, culture, structure and resources. Including. We have analytics tools and systems that make complexity manageable and provide workable activities.

Norwegian Medicines Agency

Innovation, co-creation and user involvement are concepts that have a strong focus on innovation in the public sector and that have been given a large place in the White Paper for Innovation in the Public Sector. With this as a background, we had a digital lunch collection for the Norwegian Medicines Agency where the goal was to create good discussions and provide content on the topic. In 1.5 hours, we reviewed the topics: • Introduction to key principles for innovation and involvement in the public sector • Brief discussion about SLV's most important users and stakeholders, and how they get involved today • Review of good methods and tools for involvement. The result? Everyone had a better understanding of the topic, knowledge of a couple of new and good tools and a clear agreement that involving others in the innovation work is important - and not necessarily very complicated or time consuming.

Lørenskog Municipality

Lørenskog municipality has a strong focus on innovation, service development and sustainability, and Tinkr has in recent years assisted with small and large. Among the big things is assistance to the participants in the municipality's innovation network, including digital process management. The goal was to make it short and effective, and we therefore started with 1.5 hours for a review of our most important learnings, principles and tips for small and large digital meetings. The feedback? Even a short session like this can provide increased awareness, good discussions and useful tips and principles that make the digital meetings a little more motivating and effective. We need that in the digital everyday life we have been thrown into.
