We carry out comprehensive competence programmes
Many people experience a great need for increased competence when it comes to innovation, but often there is not enough time, and it is difficult to prioritize this over all other tasks. We have worked with digital skills development for many years, and see that programs with short and frequent digital meetings, preferably combined with some physical gatherings, give a very good result. Some want a program on a specific topic (eg the innovation process), while others want a broader competence program related to building innovative organizations. We jointly agree on which modules you want and add methods, tools and presentations based on that.
