The innovation process is difficult for many to handle. How do we gather, take care of and process ideas and suggestions? What do we choose to move forward with and how do we ensure that we choose the right projects? How do we ensure that we are able to combine flexibility and uncertainty with progress and control? In addition to offering well-functioning idea management systems and associated templates, we can help you set up a custom digital system and structures tailored to your goals.

KS project

Early-stage innovation is what it is called - the work of choosing challenges and opportunities, building insights and developing ideas for possible solutions. This is a difficult area to handle for many, and in municipal Norway there are many who find this very challenging. Together with Øvre Eiker municipality, Asker municipality, Troms and Finnmark county municipality and KS, we have now initiated a major development project where we will develop good structures for this work and, in collaboration with a technology partner, create digital modules that enable the municipalities to get good and effective structures.

Transport division TFFK

The transport division in Finnmakr / Troms and Finnmark County Municipality has focused on innovation for several years. They wanted increased innovation in all departments and saw that they had challenges in taking care of good ideas, ensuring that they chose the right ideas to move forward with, and perhaps most of all, ensuring progress in the projects they chose to prioritize. We worked with them to set up a structure for idea management with clear deliveries and roles, a digital system that streamlines the process and ensures transparency and quality, and the development of clear templates and tools for the work.

Mills

Our first big customer was Mills, and working with them was the start of Tinkr. They had good process tools in place and highly competent and dedicated innovation leaders. However, they saw that they had a great potential for improvement, especially in terms of getting engagement throughout the organization around effective creative processes. Together we developed a number of activities that would increase the degree of innovation, innovation and value of innovation work.

Financing your innovation project

All organizations have some very good ideas that are aired regularly at lunch - but for many they do not move forward. Sometimes external financing can be what is needed to get progress. We have extensive experience in writing applications, but most importantly, we have extensive experience in helping to make a good assessment of whether projects are worth investing resources in. We always start there, and then we see if it is valuable to move on - we can contribute from start to finish.

Innovation Norway

Many companies, especially small and medium-sized ones, have some really good ideas that are never realized. One of the reasons is that they lack resources, and do not know how to go about applying for funding. We have helped a large number of companies to get an overview of their product ideas, assess the possibility of financing, make short project descriptions that we discuss with Innovation Norway, local business funds or the like and then help write the application. And if you need help with carrying out the project and reporting as well, we contribute there as well.

NAV Numedal

NAV Numedal has participated in an innovation management program developed by Tinkr. In the project, the goal is for the management groups to work on a joint project, and in NAV Numedal, the focus was on a project with the goal of service development based on methods around system-oriented design and co-creation. During the winter of 2020/2021, we had several processes where we discussed possible procedures and project development. Together with the management, we developed an application for a grant, as a way to concretize the innovation project and obtain additional funding. The application process has been a joint writing project, where we have especially assisted in developing the idea further together with NAV Numedal's insight into a specific project.

Catalysts

Catalysts is a social entrepreneur who focuses on inclusion, diversity and mentoring. Their main focus is on mentoring programs that connect businesses with mentees with multicultural backgrounds. We have assisted with counselling and sparring for several years, and have not least assisted in business development and financing. Specifically, we assisted in the process of the creation of Catalysts Technologies, which is focused on developing the digital mentoring solution of the future. We were a sparring partner to the management of Catalysts between others into market analysis, development of business models, support in application writing and meetings with Innovation Norway. A project of opinion that has reached over 1000 young people in their work. We are proud to have been a small part of this journey!
