Many managers are well acquainted with quality management, and when they now also have to work with innovation management, it can quickly become more than complicated. Should one streamline processes or ensure that there is enough time for creative contemplation? Is quality the absence of errors or should errors be accepted as part of the process? These are just two of many paradoxes that must be resolved if one is to be a good innovation leader. In our leadership development modules, we build knowledge and motivation for innovation where we focus on the individual leader and the leadership team. We work with real issues in their organization, and by exploring these issues we introduce good tools and build competence.
