Anders is a co-founder of Tinkr, and has since the beginning worked extensively with business development and innovation in the public and private sector. He has extensive experience from the public sector, and works extensively with the interaction between public and private actors, and between administration and politics. He is our expert on financing innovation projects, has extensive experience from humanitarian work and often contributes to collaborative projects in the public sector. In addition to working for Tinkr, he is himself a co-founder and owner of three other companies. He is based in Drammen

Håvard was headhunted to keep track of the company and take care of the people, at the same time as he also contributes to a large number of customer projects. He has a degree in social psychology, management and organizational psychology and has seven years of experience from organizational development at all levels of a non-profit organization. This means that he possesses a strong analytical competence that is expressed in a nuanced and holistic view of the organization that spans from the individual, via the group and up to the societal level.

Kristian founded the company and is the general manager. He has had the main responsibility for the development of the professional foundation for everything we do in Tinkr and therefore often ends up as subject manager, but is also very happy to be actively involved in projects, lead processes - especially digitally as he is based in Vadsø. And then he also appears physically in Norway's northernmost municipalities, corporate networks and entrepreneurial companies. Actually, he is an economist.

Linn began her journey in Tinkr in the spring of 2018 and is a senior consultant, heads Tinkr's office in Stockholm and is part of the Uganda team. She is passionate about designing and leading inclusive processes, innovation projects with a focus on integration and work with skills development that creates commitment, understanding and motivation for societal innovation. Her professional background is a master's degree in political science, and she has experience from the field of integration, social innovation, social entrepreneurship and experience in advising in EU policy.

Luisa is a creator, graphic designer and animator, graduating from The London School of Arts and the Ravensbourne School of Design and Communication. With more than 16 years of experience in the advertising industry, Luisa has worked with the largest customers from Brazil, England and Norway, and is behind several logos / graphic profiles, animated films and delivery of digital platforms in Norway. Luisa has been with Tinkr from the very beginning, and here she is the visual spearhead, specializing in visualizing complex strategies for simple and smart solutions.

Mathias has worked as a project manager, product developer, UX designer and prototype for over 10 years. During this time he has been employed by the companies Sempro and Egmont and helped start and run the development agency We Made which grew from 5 to 25 employees in 2 years. Since January 2021, he has been employed by Tinkr as a digital consultant. Mathias has worked with and been an architect, designer, prototype and project manager on several productions in the multimillion class.

Miriam is a senior consultant and has been involved since we became a proper company in 2017. She is a trained social anthropologist and often proudly states that service design and co-creation is "social anthropology-light". She had a heavy professional responsibility in Tinkr especially in method development, co-creation and development of our work towards the humanitarian sector. Miriam is based in Oslo, but does not say no-thank you to projects in warmer regions.

Rune joined the company in 2017, after working on a project basis since 2014. He has worked mostly with innovation projects for entrepreneurs and small businesses, some early-stage technology companies and also has a major role in the work towards the public sector. He has a master's degree in organizational psychology and management, and works with several of our competence programs on topics such as innovation management, creative climate and sustainability.
