Privacy and cookies
This privacy statement is intended to provide information about how and why Tinkr AS collects and processes your personal information.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy regulations in force at any given time.
Disclosure of personal information - Transfer of personal information to third parties
Your personal information is treated confidentially with us and only those with service needs with us will have access to your personal information. As a general rule, we will therefore not share your personal information with anyone outside Tinkr AS, unless this is required by law (for example to public authorities and to comply with money laundering legislation).

When we give third parties access to personal data in this way, we ensure that these third parties comply with our requirements for the processing of personal data and applicable law, including confidentiality.
It may also be that in some contexts we share some of your personal information with our partners, such as banking and insurance companies. Please note that we will never share your personal information with a third party without our consent, or we are obliged to do so by law (eg the Tax Administration and NAV). We may also provide third parties with access to accumulated and anonymised data.

Storage of personal data and deletion
The personal information you register is stored on the servers of our data processors.
Tinkr AS deletes your personal information without undue delay when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Please note that there may be legal requirements that mean that we are still obliged to store your personal information for a certain period. We have our own specific deletion routines per treatment activity.
