In the autumn of 2019, BOS announced an idea competition in which they invited to conceptualize the Living lab of the future - a laboratory for exploring the living forms of the future. Tinkr participated in a team with Rambøll, LPO Arkitekter, Byantropologene, Inventas and Metropolis. Together, we developed the Bokuben project, which focused on sustainability, social diversity and flexibility in future forms of housing. Tinkr's role was to contribute with our innovation and co-creation competence with a focus on strategy, innovation, systems and structures for the collaboration. Together with Øvre Eiker, KS, Asker municipality and Troms and Finnmark County Municipality (TFFK), we have a project with the goal of establishing structures and digital modules for effective innovation work in Norwegian municipalities. Tinkr contributes with a framework for innovation projects, called the innovation trail.

Tinkr has assisted Serit Eltele in small and large innovation and product development projects in recent years. We have taken on various roles, but have often led innovation processes in the early stages. A typical process is that Serit Eltele has many promising and good product ideas, but needs more information to make good choices on which to invest. Here, Tinkr has contributed to developing competitor overviews and market analyzes, developed customer journeys, gained user insight and not least had a close dialogue with potential customers of the products and services. The end result has often been concept sketches or prototypes which in turn provide guidelines for new business plans or development projects, for example in collaboration with customers. An educational and exciting collaboration that we look forward to continuing with!
