Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is one of Uganda's largest employers, and has a clear focus on innovation. They selected 20 of their most motivated employees and during 6 months, 4 two-day sessions and work between sessions, we developed together with the management team a dedicated, knowledgeable and insanely inspiring team of "innovation champions". Through the program, they got to work practically with the innovation process and organizational development. They also received concrete tools, knowledge replenishment and outside inspiration. One of the results was that CCBA designed a structured innovation process to take ideas for tested solutions. They also received far more ideas with higher quality from the entire organization. It was fantastic to hear what the participants had learned and the improvement suggestions they presented to the management.

We have worked with the transport division in the county municipalities in Finnmark / Troms and Finnmark for many years, and after they had put in place a strategy, a good culture and good structures, we saw that there was a need for a separate team that could work with this. All departments selected one person for the innovation team and we worked with them to put in place a clear mandate, good structures and necessary expertise. It is fun to see how even those who were a little unsure of the value of this work at first got an unexpected glow and commitment to innovation.

We are a sparring partner

Sometimes you know exactly what you need and order it. But very often we find that customers know very well that they need some help, but do not know exactly what they need help for. Then renting us as a sparring partner may be the best solution. Whether it's 5, 15 or 100 hours, we'll find out along the way. As a sparring partner, we will have a regular chat about issues that are important to you. Periodically, we also do small insight jobs of 2-5 hours on specific topics and send professional notes that can be used as a basis for decision or case preparation.

Right to Play

Right To Play Sweden works with young people with an immigrant background in Sweden. In recent years, the organization has developed a very successful method of getting young people into the labor market. In the work of scaling and creating increased value of the method and resources, we have contributed as sparring partners for the project manager and the project group. We have contributed knowledge, networks and experience related to integration, societal innovation, scaling and internal organizational development. This has ensured that the innovation perspective and focus on increased effect and value of the projects and for the organization has been taken care of. We assist in innovation projects

In innovation projects, resource needs, progress, goal achievement, priorities and activities are more uncertain than in ordinary projects. This often presents challenges related to progress, cost control, effective project management, frustration and profit realization. By combining elements from Prince 2 (project methodology), with innovation methodology from, among others, Design Thinking and Lean Startup, we have created a structure and systematics in innovation projects that provide better overview, progress and control.

OBOS

In the autumn of 2019, BOS announced an idea competition in which they invited to conceptualize the Living lab of the future - a laboratory for exploring the living forms of the future. Tinkr participated in a team with Rambøll, LPO Arkitekter, Byantropologene, Inventas and Metropolis. Together, we developed the Bokuben project, which focused on sustainability, social diversity and flexibility in future forms of housing. Tinkr's role was to contribute with our innovation and co-creation competence with a focus on strategy, innovation, systems and structures for the collaboration. Digital innovation trail

Together with Øvre Eiker, KS, Asker municipality and Troms and Finnmark County Municipality (TFFK), we have a project with the goal of establishing structures and digital modules for effective innovation work in Norwegian municipalities. Tinkr contributes with a framework for innovation projects, called the innovation trail.

Serit ElTele

Tinkr has assisted Serit Eltele in small and large innovation and product development projects in recent years. We have taken on various roles, but have often led innovation processes in the early stages. A typical process is that Serit Eltele has many promising and good product ideas, but needs more information to make good choices on which to invest. Here, Tinkr has contributed to developing competitor overviews and market analyzes, developed customer journeys, gained user insight and not least had a close dialogue with potential customers of the products and services. The end result has often been concept sketches or prototypes which in turn provide guidelines for new business plans or development projects, for example in collaboration with customers. An educational and exciting collaboration that we look forward to continuing with!
