One thing is to carry out a single innovation project, it is quite another to build an innovative organization. An organisation where it is clear what role innovation has and how to focus on it, where management is motivated for, encourages, and not least, knows what to do to increase innovation, and where one gets a good combination of many small improvements and some major innovation project. The goal is to get all employees to contribute to the work of finding new solutions, where good structures and methods are put in place to ensure that you make the right choices and get efficient processes. We have both analytics tools to find out where you stand, systems to find out where you will get the most for your efforts, and concrete solutions that we can implement together. And, it doesn't have to be such very extensive processes (unless you want exactly that then).
